LOW RECORD FOR ENGLAND. (British. Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Jan. 2. The low record for recent years in tho number of working days lost 'by trade disputes was reached in 1927. During the eleven months to the end of November there were 283 disputes, affecting 100,000 workers, and the number of working days lost was 1,136,000. In the same eleven months of the abnormal year of 1926 the number of disputes was 280, but the number of working days lost reached the appalling total of 159,650,000. In 1925, which was formerly the lowest on record for six years, 4,976,000 days were lost through trade disputes.
