MALES AND BABIES* MASSACRED. WOMEN THIFT TO' STARVE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIG HI BAGHDAD, Jan. 2. Atrocities committed by Faisal Dawish’s followers during tihe third raid are angering all Iraq. The raiders ferociously massacred all the males, including the babies, seized thousands oi the live istock and left the women to starve. The sufferers were mostly harmless shepherds. News circulates tooi slowly to permit effective punitive action by the air force.
The nomad Arabs are panic-stricken at the weakness of I'bn Sand’s regime, which threatens to bring serious consequences.
