PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE. (BV TELEGRAPH PRKSS ASSOCIATION.) CA/RTERTON, Dee. 21. At a meeting of the Carterton Borough Council last night, discussion arose over the question of Public Trust OiUee methods and the following motion was carried: “That this council endorses the resolution passed by the Patea Borough Council and express entire disapproval with the remark made at a meeting of the Associated Chambers of 'Commerce at Christchurch recently, and that in the opinion of this council, the Public Trust Office is one of the most beneficial in the country for the community.’’
