OHANGAI.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) SOHOOT i CO NCEBT. The annual school concert was held in the hull last Friday and was well attended by parents and others. The programme consisted mainly of items by the children, which reflected great credit on those responsible for their training, each song being received with enthusiasm. The aisisiting artists were Miss Harvie, and Messrs G. Hessell and V. Powell, mil of whom sang well and were heartily encored. At the conclusion of the concert a bountiful supper wits handed round, after which dancing wa.s enjoyed, the music being supplied from among those present. GENERAL Owing to the uncertain weather conditions farmers generally seem to be saving more ensilage than the ordinary hay, and it seems ns though the latter will be fairly light as well as late.
