IMPROVED ESTIMATES FROM SOUTH AUSTRALIA. BY CABLE—PRESS* ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 12 p.m. to-day. ADELAIDE, Nov. 2. - As a result of the general rains for the -past couple of days in the wheat belt, the Minister o*f Agriculture, Air. Cowan, estimates that the yield will be increaised from twelve or fourteen million bushels to twenty million. Unfortunately the pastoral country which needs rain badly, is not affected.
