Dr. Marx has informed President Hindenburg that .he is prepared to form a ministry on the basis of the Centre Party’s resolution, adhering to the Locarno Pact, pledging loyalty to the Republican constitution, advocating the unfettered recruiting of those desirous, and demanding ‘the early evacuation of the Rhineland.
