The reduction of Mr Meighan’s 116 supporters in the last Parliament to . is the outstanding development ot the election, which resulted in the. return of 118 straight-out Liberals, 11 Liberal Progressives, eight Progressives, eleven United Farmers, three Labour, two Independent, and two unknown. Even if Mr McKenzie King cannot rally the support of the straigh-t-ou.t progressives among whom Agnes McPharl is the only Woman elected, who gave consistent support, last session, ho will still have a probable voting strength of approximately 130.
