BY CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT Received 11.35 a.m. to-day. DELHI, Aug. 5. News from Goa, Portuguese territory, states, that a small revolution has occurred there. The GovernorGeneral was deposed by the army. No disturbance has taken place.—Reuter.
