ENGINEER FOR MAKWAR DAM. BY CABLE -PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. LONDON, Jan. 22. A young English engineer, still in liis thirties, John Gibson, of Middlesbrough, was mainly responsible for the construction of the Makwar dam. He said when he returned after its comrdetion: "The job’s done; let’s forget it. I do not believe in advertising myself.”
