ANNUAL MEETINGS. KAKARAMEA. The report to be presented to the annual meeting at Kakaramea on July 31 is as follows: Your directors have pleasure in presenting to you the fifteenth annual report and balancesheet, and trust that the same will meet with your approval. The balance standing to the credit of appropriation account will provide for a further substantial payment for butter-fat supplied. You will be asked to elect three directors in place of Messrs H. J. Hall and K. Carmichael, who retire by effluxion of time and are eligible for re-election, and Mr F. Bell, who has resigned. Statistics for Season. Cheese-making.—Pounds of milk, 9,784,078; pounds of butter-fat, 392,618.7; average test, 4.012; pounds of cheese, 1,075,579; pounds of milk to lib cheese, 9.106; pounds of cheese to lib butter-fat, 2.739; average grade, 91.98.
