BUSINESS NOTICES.
To-morrow (Thursday), at’ 1.15 p.m., R. P. Morrissey and Co. will sell by auction and sundries, also small consignment hardware. J. C. Smith will hold his usual sale of furniture, fruit, etc.,, to-morrow commencing at 1.30 p.m., particulars of which -will be found in Jhe usual columns. On Friday next DJessrs.R. P. Morrissey and Co. will hold their annual sale of heavy horses, when a catalogue of well over 100 will he submitted to auction. The entry comprises, mostly, heavy horses, milk carters and farm horses predominating, while a sprinkling of light horses will also be - offered. A number of splendid young horses will he for sale, and the line as a whole will probably be the best offered in fihe North Island this season. The sale is timed to start punctually at 11 o’clock, and horses must be yarded half an hour previously.
