EXCHANGE RATES.
ADJUSTMENTS BEING MADE. . Y CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. , SYDNEY, May 11. In connection with New Zealand’s adjustment of the exchange rates with Australia, the matter of the adjustment of the Australian rates with New Zealand is under consideration, but a decision has not yet been reached, and it will probably lie a day or two before this is done. It is practically a foregone conclusion that the Australian rates will be made complementary with those of New Zeaand, or nearly so. It is considered the New Zealand adjustment will benefit New Zealand exporters to Australia considerably, and also provide greater encouragement for the investment of New Zealand capital in the Commonwealth.
