FREEZING COMPANY’S END

{BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) TIMARU, Sept. 30. A final meeting of the directors of the Co-operative Freezing Company of South Canterbury was held to-day, when it was decided that the company be voluntarily wound up, and that two liquidators be appointed. It was stated that £33,000 is outstanding in unpaid calls, and it was decided to sue for these before distributing the assets of the company. The chairman of directors (Mr. Donald Grant) said it was estimated that of the money paid to the company by shareholders they would receive back about 10s in the £.
