The Fellowship of the British Empire, whose receipts and subscriptions amount to £50,000, propose to allocate £IO,OOO to promote inter-imperial relations by means of Empire scholarships, ranging from £IOO to £IOOO for the young people of Britain with a view to settlement overseas. —Reuter.
