RATES TO BE CHARGED. BY CABLE—PREBB ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received Aug. 1, 10.15 a.m. LONDON, July 31. The agreement between Marconis and the Postmaster-General for the construction of a beam station mentions that the charge for the transmission of telegrams to Canada shall not exceed cable rates, and elsewhere in the Empire shall not exceed two-thirds of the cable .rates.—Reuter.
