GUILTY QF RECEIVING. (by TELEGRAKP —■’’KVPO jrt/i'nON' 1 AUCKLAND, July 31. The. story of the burglary at the Avondale railway station on the morning of June 15, when a. safe was blown open and £52 12s 4d was stolen, was re-told in the Supieme Court to-day, when Esmond Edwin Rodbourne Lutterill, aged 35, was charged with breaking, entering and theft, and, alternatively, with having unlawfully received the suni ’of money mentioned. After nearly four hours’ retirement the jury returned a verdict .of guilty of receiving only. Sentence was deferred.
