BOUNDARY DISPUTE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, July 30. the Parliamentary correspondent of the Daily Telegraph foreshadows that the judicial committee is likely to decide that the Irish Boundaries Commission cannot he legally constituted without, an Ulster representative. The correspondent adds that the Government is already considering the possibility of immediate legislation, whiclrwill obviously be severely controversial.
