Mr Root's terrible arraignment of Mr Hearst for sowing the sseds of class hatred, fomenting discontent and inciting the men who murdered President McKinley, has caused a tremendous sensation. Almost ail the New York journals enthusiastically applaud President Roosevelt's impressive and startling note of warning.
