Wellington, July G The Koyal Commission of Te Aute Native College and Wanganui College finds that both trusts have been practically fulfilled and recommends that the institutions be continued on the present lines, with a special provision for instruction of [agriculture, The Aute trustees are required to forward to the Minister of Education for approval a scheme defining the curriculum. The accounts will be audited annually by the Government Auditor, and jjublished in the Education Department's report. The trustees are empowered to borrow for the development of the trust proper ties. Legislation will be introduce* to give full effect to the recommendations, making provision also |for liberal conscience clauses in regard tq religion.
