WHATAUPOKO ROAD DISTRICT. NOTICE is hereby given that this Board will proceed by Special Order on TUESDAY, 81st DECEMBER, 1889, to make and levy a special rate of one-sixteenth of a penny in the pound over all property in the Road District, for a period of 20 years, for the purpose of securlng to the Government the Annual payments or account of a slim of £230, found necossary to be raked to complete the several road* gnd bridges partly constructed out of Loan moneys in Nortn Gisborne.

This Bate will not be collected, but will form part of the Special Bate made on fith June, 188 S, to sieurs the annual charges on the Loan.
