WHATAUPOKO BOAD DISTRICT.

"VTOTICE is hereby given that this Hoard -Li will proceed by Special Order on TUESDAY, 31st DECEMBER, 1889, to make and levy a special rate of one sixteenth of a penny in the pound over all property in the Road District, for tbe purpose of securing to the Government the Annual payments on Account of a sum of £230, found necessary to be raised to complete the several roads and bridges partly constructed out of Loan moneys in North Gt-borne. This Bate will not be collected, but will form part of the Special Bate made on sth June, 1888, to secure the annual charges on the Loan.
