"VTOTICE is hereby given that this Hoard -Li will proceed by Special Order on TUESDAY, 31st DECEMBER, 1889, to make and levy a special rate of one sixteenth of a penny in the pound over all property in the Road District, for tbe purpose of securing to the Government the Annual payments on Account of a sum of £230, found necessary to be raised to complete the several roads and bridges partly constructed out of Loan moneys in North Gt-borne. This Bate will not be collected, but will form part of the Special Bate made on sth June, 1888, to secure the annual charges on the Loan. The Bate Book is open lor inspection on Monday in each week tor four weeks. JOHN WARREN, Clerk. Gisborne, 27th November, 1889.
