SOUDAN TROUBLE.
ARABS HARASSING THE BRITISH POSITION. REINFORCEMENTS ORDERED. MOBLEY CONDEMNING CAMPAIGN. London, Dao. 12. Information has been received that Osman Digna has been reinforced, and that the Arabs are harassing the British position at Suakin. Further British reinforcements for Suakin have been ordered io leave their stations at Malta, Cyprus, and Alexandria. Dec. 13. In the House of Commons yesterday the Right Hon Mr Morley strongly condemned the Soudan campaign as a repetition of Mr Gladstone’s mistake. Suakin, Dec. 13. The bombardment of this place continues, and the firing is now heavier.
