The Associated Press Cape Town correspondent states: The British and Empire bantam-weight title changed hands when Vic Toweel, the bantamw'eight and feather-weight champion of South Africa, defeated Stan Rowan ,of Liverpool, on points, over fifteen rounds, at Johannesburg.
