French Turning Against Removal of German Factories
(Rec 9.25) LONDON, Nov 7. “The Times” Paris correspondent says: French public opinion is now on the whole, ripe for an understanding with Germany, provided the understanding involves a sufficient number of friendly, sympathetic Powers, to prevent the development of a German preponderance.
