MOTOR IMPORTERS WANT MORE LICENSES

DUNEDIN, Oct. 12 The Executive of the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce has decided to request the Associated Chambers to press the Government for an issue of additional import licences for motor vehicles, in view of a large proportion of cars in New Zealand be.ng morv than ten years old. The Dunedin ('mmmer points out that the number or ears in the Dominion in relation to population has declined in recent yeais.
