Truck falls 150 Feet With Three Aboard
P.A. GISBORNE, October 11. Three men, G. Hoodall, F. Paulson and R. Hoggins, employees of a plumbing firm, miraculously escaped death when a truck in which they were travelling somersaulted 150 feet down a hillside at 9.30 a.m. to-day at Hihiroa. The occupants escaped with a severe shock, though one was sent to the hospital for observation, and another for an X-ray.
