N.Z.P.A.—Reuter. (Rec 11.0) THE HAGUE, Oct 11. The Catholic paper “De Tijd” today said that the haggling and bargaining which have been going on so long in The Hague Round Table conference on Indonesia would have to stop. The paper added: “The Dutch will have to stop giving an impression that they want to gain on secondary points what they conceded on the main points.”
