BRUNNER DEFEATS GREY AT RUGBY On Sunday afternoon the Brunner Workingmen’s Club beat Greymouth Workingmen’s Club by six points to nil in a rugby match on the Dobson Domain. This is believed to be the first rugby match played in the Brunner district for 21 years.
The match was very even throughout, and some bright football was played. For Brunner, L. Williams and A. Barber scored tries.
