WESTERN LOAN FOR WEST BERLIN MAY BE £90 MILLIONS
(Rec 9.45) LONDON, Oct 10. The Associated Press correspondent at Berlin says: Marshall Aid officials are studying British, United Stateand French suggestions for a ninety millions sterling recovery loan to West Berlin.
A three-Power survey' said tha: this sum was the amount necessary to set Western Berlin on its feet again, after being forced into virtua bankruptcy by the blockade. The officials will be largely influenced by the survey. Aid to the anticommunist sectors of Berlin has been promised, but the amount has not yei been fixed
