INDIA AND THE COMMUNISTS
MADRAS, Sept 26
The Madras Government tonight declared the Communist Party of India an unlawful organisation in the province.
The West Bengal Government declared the party unlawful earlier*this year, simultaneously wtih the Hyderabad State Government.
