FINNISH STRIKE PETERS OUT
HELSINKI, August. 23. Only an estimated 1300 Finnish workers were on strike to-day. The strike seemed to be weakened. The transport strike to-day was reported to be a failure and the lumber workers are back at work in large numbers. The dock strike at, Helsinki and. Turku, however, was complete.
