ALBANIA WITHIN THE FOLD
LONDON, February 23.
Reuter’s correspondent at Moscow says.—Albania has been admitted to membership of the Eastern European Economic Aid Council, according to a Soviet Tass News Agency message from Tirana. The formation of the council' was announced at Moscow on January 25, following a conference of the representatives of Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Rumania, Czechoslovakia, and Russia.
