A QUICK SUMMONS FOR U.S. WRITER ON ARRIVAL FROM RUSSIA
(Rec. 10.30) NEW YORK, Feb. 23 The American writer, Anna Louise Strong, who has been expelled from Russia as an alleged American spy, arrived here, by air, from Paris today, and she was, immediately, served with a subpoena to appear before the Federal Grand Jury of New York, which is investigating Communism.
