Red Army Directed to be Prepared
LONDON, February 22. The Moscow radio announced that Marshal Bulganin, Soviet Minister of the Armed Forces, issued an order of the day on the eve of the. Soviet Army Day, calling on the Soviet armed forces to maintain “constant combat preparedness on a high level”. He added that the Soviet Union was fighting for a lasting democratic peace, while the United States aimed at unleashing a new war.
