RAIL CAR IN COLLISION AT LOWER HUTT

WELLINGTON, Feb. 22. The guard of a south-bound Masterton fail-car, Mr T. Crowe, of Wellington, suffered shock and the cab of the rail-car was damaged when it was involved in a collision with a motor-truck at a railway crossing at Lower Hutt this morning. The truck was slightly damaged, the driver, Mr L. V. Manning, of Lower Hutt, being unhurt.
