Buller Show Awards

Awards in the Buller A. and P. ' Show were keenly contested in many cases. Only one point separated" Messrs R. Lowe and C, J- Lemon in the Jersey Cup contest. Mr H. V. Palmer did not have a very substantial margin over Messrs Lowe and Lemon in the Cattle Cup. Mr N. Archer retained the Melrose and Horse Cups. Mr T. Holden, of Ikamatua, also exhibited some fine horses. The judge of the yegtable section was loud in his praise of the produce shown. The Kearns Cup was again won by Mr M. O’Dea, who had a clear lead in point over A. R. Herring, 104 to 40. Some good quality pigs were on display and the F. S. Wood Cup for that section was won by Mr K. McLaughlin.
