WELLINGTON, Feb. 21 Stated in the court by SeniorDetective G. E. Cal’aghan to be an agent only. Claude McEwen, aged 42. a newspaper vendor, was fined £2O bv Mr A. A. McLachlan. S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court at Wellington today, after he had pleaded guilty to a charge of bookmaking.
