About 250 professional . engineers from all parts of the Dominion met at Auckland to-day in the annual conicrence of the New Zealand Institute of Engineers. now and r riday the conference will discuss technical papers, tour engineering works join in social events. , Opening the conference, tne A4a>or, Mr J. A. C.
