N.S.W. MINERS DROP STRIKE OVER ENGINE DRIVER
SYDNEY, Feb. 21. Work was resumed at all three of the Broken Hill Proprietary Coal Mines to-day. after the miners had voted, overwhelmingly in favour of ending the strike. Coal supplies for the Broken Hill Pty. steel works will now be assured. As the coal stocks are built up, men who have been put off at the stel works will be re-engaged and the position is likely to be normal by the end of this week. ,
