P.A. NEW PLYMOUTH, Feb. 20 The New Zealand junior pole vault ’’°cord was beaten J. Eastwood, of Hamilton, at the Waikato Amateur Athletic Centre’s Championships at Taumaruni on Paiurdav. Eostwo-'d. cleared 11 feet. 1" inches, beating the record by 2:1 inches.
