Harihari Cattle Sale
At Harihari, Messrs Jeffries and Co., had an entry of 100 head of fat mid store cattle at their yards on Thursday. The quality was good and an excellent sale resulted. An outstanding truck lot. of 9 heifers sent in bv Mr G. H. Robertson sold at £l6 17s 6d to £lB 2s 6d. whilst a line of 2t year bullocks yarded by Mr R. J. Ferguson realised £l5 17s 6d. With the exception of aged and unfinished cows, which were difficult to dispose 01, a'l other lines of store cattle sold very well.

Gillingham, 4 cows £4 7s 6d; for E. Herlihy, 8 18 month steers £8 2s 6d, 2 cows £7 7s 6d; for Frank Minehan. 7 18 month steers, £9 2s 6d, 8 steers £l2 17s 6d; for G. H. Robertson, 8 heifers. £l6 7s 6d, 1 heifer. £lB 2s 6d, 4 heifers. £l2 2s 6d to £l2 7s 6d. 2 runners £lO 2s 6d, 2 cows. £4 2s 6d to £4 12s 6d: for F. D. Wall, 1 heifer £ll 17s 6d. 2 steers £6 17s: for A. J. Wall. 1 bull. £7 2s 6d. 2 cows £9 12s 6d. 1 cow £3 17s 6d: for .1. J. McKay, 6 cows. £6; for Ford Bros. 1 cow £6 7s 6d; for James Adamson. 1 cow £3 17s 6d: for Gordon Mitchell, 1 cow £6 2s 6d.
