R.S.A. ADVOCACY OF CONSCRIPTION
TIMARU, February 17. Censuring the Government for it declared to be a luke-warm toward national defence, parin relation to compulsory training, the South Canterbranches of the R.S.A., at a comexecutive meeting to-night, a resolution calling on the Executive of the R.S.A. to steps “to stir the Government further action, and to put before public the deplorable state into the country had slipped since end of the war”.
