Stalin’s Charge Held To be Only Propaganda

(Rec. 10.30) WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 British, French and American officials to-day all dismissed as pure propaganda the charges made by M. Stalin in his interview with a Moscow "Pravda” correspondent that the present policy of the leaders of the Westenr Powers was one of aggression and of preparation for a new war. The officials declined, however, to comment officially. Some of them said that this would merely be playing the Communist propaganda game. They pointed out that all of the points made by M. Stalin have been replied to in the official documents that have been published, by the Western Powers regarding their diplomatic exchanges with M. Stalin and M, Molotov on the Berlin issue.
