Obituary Mrs. Vera Barnett
The death occurred at Westport yesterday morning, o£ Mrs. Vera Thelma Isobel Barnett, wife of Cyril William Barnett. The late Mrs. Barnett was aged 46 years, and had resided in Westport all her life. She was a staunch member of St. John’s Anglican Church, and a foundation member of the L.0.L., No. 63. Besides her husband she is survived by her father, Mr. Alfred Singer of Westport, and two brothers, David (Wtellington) ,and Joseph (Westport). The funeral which takes place on Friday, will leave her late residence 18 Russell Street, at 2 p.m. for service at St. John’s Church before proceeding to Orowaiti Cemetery.
