STUCK MURDER TRIAL REHEARING
P.A. CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 27. The retrial of William Albertus Ivan Stuck, a butcher, aged 40, on a charge of murdering Bertha Bessie Amy Day, at Paparua on May 14, was continued in the Supreme Court to-day before the Chief Justice, Sir Humphrey O’Deary. Fifteen witnesses gave evidence today, and it is expected that the hearing of evidence will coiniclude tomorrow. Counsel will address the jury on Friday.
