MILITARY GOVERNORS NOT MAKING MUCH PROGRESS IN LATEST BERLIN TALKS
(Received September 3, at 11.20 p.m.) LONDON, September 3. There has been a further meeting of the Four Military Governors at Berlin, but it abruptly adjourned over a technical matter. “There is little cause for optimism in the meetings’qf the Military Governors,” says the “Daily Mail’s” correspondent at Berlin. A high British official last night described the. proceedings as “sticky.” “The Tinies” correspondent in Berlin says: “Russian sources admit that the discussions are not going as well as had been .expected.”
