PARIS, June 28. M. Prophyrogenis, president of the Control Commission of the Greek Communist Party spoke at the National Congress of the French Communist Party. He predicted the early establishment of a “free Government of Greece” in areas that were controlled by Greek Communist guerrillas, if a quick compromise was not reached between the Greek Government and Communists. LONDON, June 28. The Greek Public Prosecutor has filed charges of high treason against leading members of the Leftist E.A.M. Central Committee, which appealed on June 26 to the United Nations to intervene in the Greek internal situation, says Reuter’s correspondent at Athens. Similar charges have been filed. against the editors of the Communist and pro-C'ommuni.st newspapers, which published the text of the appeal. NEW YORK, June 28. The United States at the U.N.O. Security Council accused Yugoslavia, Bulgaria and Albania of using force against Greece and demanded that the council use the full weight of its authority to halt them.
