Strike at Ford Factory by Foremen
NEW YORK May 21. The Foremen’s Association of America has ordered a strike of its 3700 members at the Ford Motor Works, Detroit, to become effective to-day. . A union spokesman said the duel issues in dispute included the failure to equalise the wage structure, shift differentials, and overtime pay. He predicted that the foremen’s strike would halve motor-car production at the Ford factory within 10 days.
