[Our Own Correspondent.! WAIUTA, May 18. Miss 1 P. Fraher is spending her term holidays at Christchurch. Mrs DeGoldi, of Greymouth is visiting her sister, Mrs D. Sadler. Miss A- Lynch, of Wellington and Mrs T. Dunn, of Greymouth, were recent guests of Mr and Mrs Harvey. Mrs Vroblefski and family, of Harihari, are the guests of Mr and Mrs N. French. Mr and Mrs B. Adams are visiting Christchurch. Pupils spending term holidays with their parents are: R. Ward (Grey Tech); R. Baron (Christchuch High School); I. Dobbin (Christchurch High School: J. and Jim Hall (Grey Tech'; J. Connors (St. Mary's Convent Greymouth. « Mr and Mrs W. Larcombe, Senr.. are spending an extended holiday in the North Island. Miss J. Mosley is visiting Nelson. Mrs McClure, of Wellington is the guest of Mr and Mrs R. Mosley Messrs J. Telford, G. Stephens T. Reid and P. Darby are visiting Grevmouth. Mrs W. Morvanity has left on a vitit to Christchurch. Mrs L Darby and Miss Yvonne Darby, of Christchurch, are the guests of Mr arid Mrs J. Purcell. Mr and Mrs H. Benson are the guests of Mr and Mrs J. Bridget. 9 hey will leave shortly for Cass to which place Mr Benson has received notice of transfer by the Railways Department. Members of the Waiuta Women’s Co-op. Guild recently attended the Runanga Women’s Co-op. birthday party where a very enjoyable evening was spent by all. Winners of competitions were four members of the Waiuta Guild:'Mesdames Dobbin. Wynnee, Lines and Robertson. Mrs Wynne, preident of the Waiuta Guild returned thanks for the pleasant evening. Flight Lieutenant E. Harris has left on return to England, after a visit to his parents, Mr and Mrs W. Harris.
