GREYMOUTH SITTING YESTERDAY

At a sitting of the Westland Land Sales Committee (Messrs M. Wallace, chairman; J. Mulcare and J. W. Greenslade), the following cases for hearing were adjourned:— 47/70 Bush and Dumpleton to Downes (Guinness and Kitichingham). R. G. Drummond for the Crown.

47/37 Wood to Payn (Hannan and Seddon). I. P. McMillan. 47/33 Farnworth to Pendlebury (Joyce and Taylor). E. A. Warnes. Consent was granted in the case of Halliday to Moore, subject to a reduction to £9ll. The committee reserved its decision in the sale of a Blackball property by Mr. Williams to Mr. Wakefield.
